Our Customer Promise
We ensure our shipping and handling process is as quick, reliable and simple - it's our customer promise! We pride ourselves on promptly processing your order so we can get your order collected and delivered as soon as possible.
We offer free shipping throughout Australia for all orders that exceed $100 in value. For all orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we apply the the Australia Post Standard Flat-Rate of $15.00 each order.
For international customers, please direct all enquiries to email@example.com, and we will do our best to work out an appropriate solution.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. When your item(s) is listed as available, we are ready for immediate shipment, so we will process the payment and submit the order.
Once your order has been confirmed, we generally will have the shipment collected the following business day at the latest. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds -
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. If you have paid using PayPal and have activated their Refunded Returns service then they will be able to refund your return shipping costs.
We want to ensure that our customers are getting the best price available, and believe that our range is the cheapest online range in Australia. We feel confident that we deliver this, but if you do happen to find another Australian online retailer with a cheaper listed price, our customer guarantee is to match it for you!
