One of the often overlooked benefits to regular bike riding is how easy it is to lose weight and keep it off.
We all need to exercise, but in this busy world it is often hard to find the time to go to the gym and work out.
However, I've found that if you make cycling a regular part of your day by riding to work or riding to the train station it becomes very easy to get in one or more hours of exercise each and every day.
Before you know it, you've lost 10kg and have never felt so healthy in your life...and it doesn't cost you an expensive gym membership that you never use anyway!
By making exercise a daily habit, you can keep off that weight indefinitely without needing to be on a super strict diet!
